Very, VERY interesting mechanics. It's honestly a breath of fresh air. The handling of the weapon is such a realistic function in this game, especially for its genre. I have not yet completed the game - simply because IT'S SCARY! I will grant the game for its complimentary junky weapon handling (only a + in my book). For the general story, however, I can't say much. All I know is that I woke up somewhere, I thought I was a prisoner, now I'm thinking I'm hunting someone. Overall, so far on my playthrough, it could go really great or really bad, the uncertainty is compelling nonetheless. As of today; 7/10

A year after its release, I finally decided to give it a try. It was fantastic for a short demo. I’ve played a lot of games from Itch.io, and most of them make Unity seem like a weak game engine. Deppart is too damn good, I love it. The graphics, sound, design everything is awesome. That part where you're in the flooded basement and you hear footsteps behind you, also those conveniently placed masks... That nightmarish **** gets to me but in a good way not many games have.
I can see this project becoming something awesome. I can picture it with a Silent Hill style plot with a semi open world going around town through creepy buildings like the one in the demo, uncovering the story as you go and managing your resources. Probably getting ahead of myself there though, but man I loved this.
