Nice concept put to use, and the visibility mechanic is amazing (hand sway + eye focus), would need sensitivity option for mouse however or less floaty feeling when aiming, as currently it feels too floaty when you need to kill the enemy quickly.
I can also tell you the monster that ran in the hallway down the stairs screaming was overdone with sound, and the monster with the bat making these weird noises was just funny to me, death animation underwhelming, these done at the very start and early sort of made me less anxous to continue.
I got stuck at the start in one of the rooms with the yellow doors because I didn't have a flashlight yet, and had to follow the faint light on the walls up close to get out of the room.
Now, the above points are for improvement, but overall it is very good atmosphere, I really enjoyed the part where I was in this big room with water, where I had to get my first set of keys, those sounds of footsteps in the water along with the somewhat uncanny scream was amazing! That is not a cheap jumpscare, and got my heart pumping.
Overall, I've read some comments here as well, you have got a good concept and mechanics set up, but don't overuse the amount of sound, keep it minimal, enviromental sounds, Amnesia series have always been good in their sound design, maybe have a look at them?

This game is incredible. Absolutely terrifying - I literally jumped out of my seat. Would love to see a full game developed! 10/10 would recommend - one of the best on Itch.io
This game was AMAZING. It's the BEST indie horror game on itch by far. The graphics were stunning, the controls were smooth (the video above shows that it was laggy, but it wasn't. I just messed up the recording), the sound design was surreal, and the atmosphere was insane. I have one complaint, which is the fact I had to essentially pause the game to retry after I died, but other than that, I have absolutely zero complaints. 10/10
PLEASE TEACH ME HOW TO MAKE GAMES. I have Unity, I have Visual Studio, I have almost everything. Please give me your wisdom so I can make absolutely amazing games like you do! :3
Review en ESPAÑOL, la verdad está muy bien el juego, buena ambientación y buen toque de realismo me gustó, aunque me quede con ganas de más, algunas cositas más para interactuar y tal vez algún sustillo más, el resto está muy bien tema gráficos si que mejor algunas opciones básicas como resolución, V-sync también estarían bien, pero nada de que quejarme salvo la duración me quede con ganas de más jajajajaj. -Un saludo

The atmosphere is absolutely wonderful. The combination of the FoV and the varying focal length as you move around is spooky as hell and you've absolutely nailed the use of light and dark. The sounds are also excellent, and yeah. As I said the atmosphere is brilliant and the gameplay is top notch.
My only real criticisms come from two things: the noise of that one particularly noisy mob (it's VERY loud) and the flashlight flicker when you are being attacked. Perhaps the point, it's meant to be disorientating - may be a personal opinion but I found it more of an annoyance.
But as I say, this is really wonderful and I'm very much looking forward to where this goes in the future.

As always, you've NAILED the atmosphere. You're really a master of sound design in my opinion and this game is no exception. The setting and noises had me paranoid most of the time. I also really enjoy the FPS mechanics! Usually these games have little interactivity so it's really cool to have a legitimate game mechanic to play around with. It made that final sequence quite fun in my opinion!
(Spoiler if you haven't played) I don't like the very end. I understand that it's meant to be fun, but it's just goofy and doesn't fit the game at all. Really took me out of the experience. It's not a huge complaint, just a small nitpick.
I had a great time playing this and I'm looking forward to more, thanks for making it!
