I downloaded the zip file and extracted all files, but when I try to run the game, my pc blocks it instantly and I can't do anything but close it all out. any advice on how to remedy this?
This is exactly the type of horror game that I've been looking for! I love the aesthetic and the body cam style gameplay which seems to be becoming a big thing now. Keep up the good work!
I love this horror game so much. It's good but tried to put the controls in the beginning before starting, a intro cinematic or a tutorial for beginners. But everything else is great. Keep it up man.

Hey! I am a Unity3D developer for going on 10 years now, and I have to say this whole genre is awesome to me. The enemy difficult is great, and ambiance and environment sounds are spectacular. I would add some effects to the vocal, a building like that would be very echo. I also have some ideas about the gun hand mechanic and how to make it smoother(it feel clunky right now), which quite the mechanic! Let me know if you would like help on the project, I have quite a bit of free time right now and would love to see what other situations we could make from this!
Oh also I am Alexander Nava! I got to excited and forgot to say it lol.
While I have a few gripes with some things, I will say that as a prototype I am immensely impressed with the overall project. I look forward to seeing what comes of this.
See, I got hit with the movement glitch but was able to fix it by looking down and it reoriented itself. Aside from that, loved the atmosphere of this game.
I think this might be my favorite protoype ever played, simply because you know how to handle atmosphere and "something never before seen" so incredibly well. :)
The gun mechanic is INCREDIBLY immersive, although a bit nauseating after a while. A few tweaks to the gun movement, and I can tell I wouldn't get motion sick in the same way.
I played both Wrong Floor and From the Darkness, and now this one...
I LOVED Wrong Floor because it stayed close to "realism horror", which felt much more relatable. :) "What if you were trapped in the basement with a maniac". Really cool short game!
I immediately bought From the Darkness on Steam, when I realized Wrong Floor had been taken further into a full game. I was a bit disappointed though... :/ Still a great game, but MUCH more supernatural than Wrong Floor, which broke the immersion quite a bit. Had hoped for "realism horror" again.
My point here is to say that I love the concepts that you are throwing out. They are absolutely unique, creative, and MILES above other horror titles out there. I just really hope they stay on the more "relatable realism" side of things, since I wholeheartedly believe that makes for a more terrifying experience. :)

It's a prototype, you can't expect much. This being just a prototype is extremely impressive and it is not even a demo.
